Legal Services – A Popular Voluntary Employee Benefit

Open enrollment throughout the year is a key advantage of Pre-Paid Legal Services. No need for employees, new or old, to wait for a specific week to enroll. Once a company has signed up, the enrollment team of Independent Associates will conduct on-site enrollment meetings (lasting appx 20 minutes) to explain the benefits and how to use them. Employees simply enroll by completing a one-page application and their coverage begins immediately.

In addition, the enrollment team is available to return on a monthly basis for in-service dates. At these times, we’re able to meet any new employees or any employees who weren’t able to attend the initial meeting. The in-service dates have the added benefit of meeting one-on-one with employees who may have been reluctant or didn’t see the need, but now have an urgent need. This happens all the time.
