My Story:

Several years ago, we suffered water damage to our home’s interior, both upstairs and downstairs. Everything was soaked, walls, carpet, moldings, ceilings, a big mess. We called ServiceMaster and the tech performed a survey, discussed a 3 day procedure involving several blowers, humidifiers, etc. As he presented the contract, he assured me that my homeowner’s insurance policy would cover most of the cost. Automotive Repair Dispute

A couple of years ago, I took my old car in to have the a/c repaired. This was a local shop that I had used previously. Picked the car up that evening, drove to work the next day, on the return trip the engine blew on the 14 freeway.
