The Provider Firm made a call to the university, spoke with the admissions office, and had the mistakes corrected, thereby allowing the member to keep his job.
2. A member logged on to a company’s website and agreed to a trial period for a product. The member cancelled within the no obligation trial period but the company continued to send products and bill the member. The Provider Firm reviewed the contract and wrote a letter to the company. As a result of the letter, the company cancelled the contract and reimbursed the member for all products ordered by the member.
